Return & Refund Policy

All customers have the non-negotiable right to return the product within 31 calendar days from the day of receipt at the company address // MARKET DEPOT INC – 100 KOSSUTH STREET – UNIT 04 – ROME – NY – 13440. The period of 31 days is from the day of delivery of the product to the customer by the shipping company, to the day of delivery of the product to the shipping company for its return. The product will return with the customer expense. The company, after receiving the product and checking it, will refund part of the cost of the product if it is in the same condition as when the order was sent to the customer. If the product on its return is not in the same condition as when it was sent, the company reserves the right to withhold any cost of wear and tear that the product had during the time it was in the customer's possession. OR To return it to the customer with the customer return expense. The customer gives the right to the company to pre-collect the return costs from his account (credit – debit card or e-check or any payment account). The company withheld the shipping costs incurred when it received the order from the customer and sent the order to the customer. The company does not refund the return costs paid by the customer. The company is obliged to refund any amount of the cost of the goods within 10 days from the date approved by the customer by email. If the customer does not approve the refund amount, the company reserves the right to withhold the amount until the completion of the legal process. During the entire period of withholding the amount, the company is not obliged to pay interest (0%) to the customer for any reason. All refunds will be direct to the costumer account. If the customer does not inform or report the problem to the company via written notice (email) within 31 days of receiving the order, the sale of the product is considered final. At his own risk, he loses the right to return the product and refund money.

The product(s)/order(s) will return with the customer expense. The company, after receiving the product(s) and checking it, will refund 100% of the cost of the product if it was defective when the order was sent to the customer. The company also refunds the return costs paid by the customer. The customer is obliged to provide proof of payment of the costs of returning the product. The company is obliged to refund the cost and return expenses within 10 days from the day it was notified that the product was defective. All refunds will be direct to the costumer account. If the customer does not inform or report the problem to the company via written notice (email) within 31 days of receiving the order, the sale of the product is considered final. At his own risk, he loses the right to return the product and refund the purchase product amount.

All customers have the inalienable right to complain to the company if they have received missing goods from their order. The customer must send evidence to the company about the missing merchandise and explain to the company exactly what he did not receive from his/her order. The company is obliged to replace the missing merchandise immediately and send it to the customer within 3 days from the day of the customer's complaint. The costumer complain must to be via written notice only (email). The customer is not entitled to cancellation of the order and refund the purchase price. If the customer does not inform or report the problem to the company within 31 days of receiving the order, the sale of the product is considered final. At his own risk, he loses the right to return the product and refund the purchase product amount.

The customer has the irrevocable right to cancel the order at any time in writing notice only (email). The company is obliged to cancel the order immediately. If a customer cancels the order before it is executed by the company – the company is obliged to release the entire amount of the order to the customer without any other demands. If the customer cancels the order after the order has been ship by the company and before receiving it from the shipping company – the customer must not pick up the order from the shipping company and return it to the company. After the return of the order from the shipping company, the company is obliged to refund the purchase amount of the product but reserves the right to withhold the shipping costs (shipping and return of goods). The refund will be made immediately or up to 3 days after the return of the product to the company. If the customer cancels the order after the order has been ship by the company but receives the goods – he will be obliged to return the order within 5 days from the day of receipt at his own expense. The company is obliged to return immediately or within 3 days the total amount of product purchase amount only after the return and receipt of the product. If the customer cancels the order after the order has been shipped by the company and the customer receives the product but does not return it, the sale is considered final at the customer's risk. The customer is not entitled to a refund.

The company does not issue refunds unless it receives the returned product first.

The company does not refund money if the product is not in the same condition as when it was sent to the customer. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). When you sign for delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please write “Package Damaged.” If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. In this case, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. Once the package returns to us, we will send you a new one right away. If you have already accepted the package and notice missing or damaged parts, please contact us right away and we will ship your replacement parts free of charge. We usually only have a 48-hour window to file freight claims. If we cannot replace the parts, our carrier will pick up the original package and we will send you a full replacement. If your product has a manufacturer’s defect, we can either replace the defective part, or, if necessary, the entire unit.
